I'm a retired firefighter. We worked very closely with police and EMS. In the beginning of my career, I had great respect for virtually every cop on the street. But slowly it turned. I would say it was a mixture of prejudice and fear. By the end I had pretty much become disgusted with the attitude and often the violence that cops brought to the scene.
I grew up with Henderson and then hendersons police dept wasn’t big enough so metro would roll in on the gardens

The second they put that G.I. Joe Halloween costume, they think they are God, and they expect us to be nice and polite to them while they violate our constitutional rights.
