  1. Threat duress and coercion, that all cops know. First they threaten you with arrest, then they put you in over tight cuffs and lock you in a cage, and then try to coerce a confession out of you or to take a plea.

  2. The whole forced to have oyur body art exposed and photoed neeeds to fkn stop!!!
How is that Not a 4th amendment violation at least?
Suuuch a fkn invasion if your autonomy.

  3. I really feel like this guy is doing a good thing by making the cops accountable. We need more people like him. I am a Republican and a Veteran but i feel like the police are getting by with too much.

  4. I would like to say that this really isn’t all police. I don’t support police policy changes in the last 25-30 years.
My grandfather was a police officer for 45 years. He only drew his weapon one time and never fired it in his career.
He and I talked about this and we agreed that the mentality a person has is drastically changed by the way they dress.
Put someone in a suit and tie, they behave like a professional. Dress them in combat fatigues and tactical gear and you go from ”protect and serve” to “breach and clear”.

  5. Torture cuffs😅 yep, I've experienced another level of those when they file down a section of the insides of the cuffs, so it digs in cuts and feels very uncomfortable I'm 36. Still have scars on my wrist from my teenage days

  6. I just went through foreclosure, utilities turned off, and no food. I busted my butt and worked through it and didn't steal which is the same for millions of Americans. Though everyone knows torture cuffs come when you shoplift. Don't feel bad for that guys trying to steal from most likely small businesses trying to get by. I don't back the blue, and I definitely don't feel sympathy for criminals stealing.

  7. I've been in cuffs many times, they arent torture. I've been arrested about 15 times and I was a drug addict for a long time, every mistake I made I took responsibility for and I don't blame the police for the situations I put myself in. There are some cops that suck but theres also a lot of good ones. It's not fair to lump them all into the same category and act like they're terrorists.

  8. I am registered disabled and need crutches for mobility.
I am homeless and live on the street.
I get nowhere near enough money, but if I cannot afford it I do not have it.
I have many bad experiences with police in my country, but there is no excuse for criminal behaviour.
And yes, cuffs DO HURT! I was put in them the day I was made homeless and dragged in nothing but socks on my feet over stones.
I can hold my head up having no Criminal Charges, no Cautions and Government Involvement is Non – Disclosable!

  9. All in the name of OFFICER SAFETY?? Even being outnumbered 3 or 4 to 1,theyre still afraid. Why would anyone want a job like that?? Probably for the ego trips and kickback. Nice retirement benefits.

  10. Having been in handcuffs myself AND having the wounds from them being too tight on my wrists, I've also seen people mostly women because of their tiny hands get out of the cuffs. So what's the solution? Cuffs with rubber, plastic, silicon around the edges? How would they close? This is where technology and 3D printing needs to step in.
