Copps cameras should be turned on right when is taken out of the cradle and should not be able to be turned off or edited by anyone in the department or in the government the only people that should be able to do it as an independent agency that does not answer to the cops or the government
How is it that it's not unlawful to interfere with recording if arresting someone? There should be a law that the cameras cannot be muted, edited, redacted, unless a mechanical fault was identified.
There should also be a law that any officer assisting another in carrying out unlawful acts is also charged with the same charges.
We shouldnt have to verbalize our rights like they are some sort of magic incantation.
