You would need to have a constitutional convention to change how our government works, especially for the judicial branch. That's not going to happen anytime soon.
The supreme court never said presidents have absolute immunity.

Number one just because you want abortion doesn’t mean it was bad law it was never a constitutional right they didn’t cancel Roe v. Wade. They sent it back to the states for the states decide and you can get an abortion wherever you live today. Some people do it at nine months cut off nobody wants third trimester nobody I don’t believe in abortion but I believe for society you have to have it for rape, incest health of the child and if the baby has a mental development problem and I think it should be around 15 weeks that’s my opinion I don’t think abortion should be allowed anywhere in the United States in the ninth month but the states will decide it’s at the states it’s not canceled it was given back to the states and it’s on the ballot everywhere like Florida you’re gonna have six weeks 14 weeks and 20 weeks to choose from on the ballot in 2024 and that will be what it is cause that’s what the people want it’s not what you want chili it’s what the people of the state want that reside in it because we don’t think California is correct abortion at nine months there’s no reason
What qualifies them to stand up for your civil liberties? Is they bring a case they match the case against the law that Congress has put together and that’s the basis of their law and they use the constitution for some rights but they don’t have the right to stand up for your civil rights, they have the right to adjudicate a case that becomes in front of them.
There is no money involved you don’t get a jury trial for the type of arrest you had
There’s not conservative or liberal judges. There’s a Judges appointed by Republicans that believe in the rule of law, how it’s written. Liberal judges, bend the law for activism and agenda. Any rule you don’t like by conservative judge, I’d say, study, the ruling study the law and you’ll see it matchup now sometimes they all agree and they all disagreed together. But civil rights they don’t bring it up in the supreme court, unless you have a case where your civil rights were violated. Now you don’t have a civil rights violation for the Supreme Court you could try to go false imprisonment and take it to a local court in Nevada and it could make its way up to the Supreme Court but that’s a half million dollar investment.
