The individual states picked their own senators from the time the Constitution was signed until the 17th Amendment was approved. Bi-Cameral-just means that state has two legislative bodies. Some states are Unicameral which means they only have one legislative body. I don’t know which books you’re reading, but you need to send them back. He bitches about the judge sentencing him, but he had a choice of a jury trial or a bench trial. He could have had 7 jurors (one is an alternate and excused right before deliberation making 6 that actually vote) that he could have sung his sad song to, but chose the judge who found him guilty, convicted him, and sentenced him. That is like me ordering a brand new car from the factory and choosing green as the color and the entire time I drive it I bitch about the color. He is not innocent, but a convicted person. And his sentence could have been doubled. Not once has he said he is happy that the judge did not give him twice the time. He is not a journalist. Send me a link to a single article he has written. Just one. Several states have passed mandates that YouTube owners are not "the press" nor "journalists." His appeal in July will come in and go right back out the door. The only person who will benefit from the appeal is the lawyer who is charging $400 an hour. Jail is not a hospitable place for a reason. Handcuffs are designed to be uncomfortable. All of this is designed so that you will behave and don't ever come back. Hate to tell Chille this, but jail is the easy incarceration. When he gets out and keeps doing the same crap, he will be labeled "Habitual" which means the new charges will result in prison where he will make someone a nice wife and be traded off among inmates as cigarettes and shampoo are needed.

You were not arrested for filming a cop; you were arrested for “interference with public duties”, a Class B Misdemeanor punishable by a maximum of six months in jail, which is why you're in the "dungeon" now. That shouldn't be difficult for a "Constitutional Law Scholar" to understand, right?
