So, Mr. Maynard says, “I went too f’ing far.”
I’m fairly certain a reasonable person will deduct that the assault is purposeful on his part.
Mr. Maynard “carrying a heavy load”.
Yep…got that right.

“…not intended”
Yeah, I guess the predicate of the middle finger wasn’t a clue to the intentions of the deranged badge.

So this thug got what was coming to him wearing a badge does not give them the power they think it does! Cleaning up that blood like he did was not done correctly blood and other human fluid is a biohazard and has to be cleaned up the correct way, he should be charged with that! He needs to be in prison for 25 years.
My great great great grand father logan's family is who the county is named for. Im sure they would be very sad over this scumbag.
I'm sure he'll get introduced into a door jamb or two when he goes to jail
Flipping the bird is legally protected free speech…
Shameful, criminal
Thank you again! Almost every video i learn something new or a new approach. Great Job!!
all law enforcement officers should be required to purchase their own professional liability insurance so taxpayers are not held responsible for the leo's actions. only when they pay financially or personally will this type of behavior change.
Disgusting!
Did Everett forget he was on video?………..😆
Don't ever make Everett mad!………😆
The 'expert' witness needs to be ashamed.
Sadly, he was probably hired by another police department within hours of losing his job. He should have been banned from working as an officer for life.
The victims should be allowed to sue officers like this in court, and get monetary damages that the officers have to pay out of their own pockets, beyond anything the locality has to pay.
He wasnt trying to hurt him? Why cant they just say sorry ? That would go miles.
I wish every lawyer fought like a civil rights lawyer. I have had court appointed lawyers to tell me to plead guilty and i already had it worked out with the place the check was written and the DA . Had a mishap at the bank and i could prove it so i payed the place and they dropped the charges and my lawyer didn't show up to the meeting and on the day of court i just assumed he spoke with the DA and she toldcmevtwice i should plead guilty. And called me the wrong name . Its like having another lawyer working against you.
If i was the judge i wouldn't wanna hear an apology from him after i saw this video evidence.
