  1. Bullet proof vest hmmm wont stop a small knife from a scared weak old frail lady calling for help because of fear of a prowler in front yard…so brave protect serve cop arrives to save the day and make sure she is safe. No cop hurt Job well done…did you say somone dead? So what it was police shooting all good got to protect serve.

  2. This Granny didn't even have a gun and they shot first. Maybe its.time the general public not the same qualified immunity when dealing with Police on private property.

  3. Cops love to kick ass and kill first, ask questions later. Yesterday the infamous LMPD here told pro golfer Scottie Scheffler to drive around to the right of a fatal accident scene to get to the Valhalla golf course entrance where he was competing there in the PGA tournament. Scottie drove around as instructed by the LMPD only to have another LMPD detective to suddenly jump onto the hood of his vehicle yelling for him to stop. The detective then held onto the door handle and was dragged 30 feet. They immediately dragged Scheffler out of his PGA car and arrested him, charged him with assault upon a police officer and many other felony charges. They took him to jail and made him change into an orange jumpsuit before they too his mug shot to make him look like a convicted criminal and to humiliate him. They never do this unless the arrestee is going to be in the jail for an extended amount of time, so this was unusual practice for this arrest. The assault charge is BS as the supreme court has ruled that any cop placing themself in front of a fleeing vehicle is the fault of that cop, not the driver of the alleged fleeing vehicle. I am embarrassed to live in a city with such world known violent lying moron police! Mr Bryan, I hope that you will look into this one and do a video about it soon! Love your commentary as it's educational as well as entertaining!

  4. Do we not have the 2nd amendment so that the citizens can protect themselves from a tyrant government such as these cops? A cop can protect themselves from a dangerous person with a gun, but a citizen is not allowed to protect themselves from a dangerous cop with a gun? The judge has it wrong. The amendment giving the right to bear arms is so incredibly important it’s the 2nd amendment.

Any reasonable CITIZEN would have acted the way he did when he thought there were intruders on his property.

Again, the judge is wrong and has it backwards.

Also, the officer took deadly force on VAGUE information about the location, and NO information about the suspect and potential crime.

  5. Why does the reasonable excuse work for officers but not for civilians? Bullshit ! The law is the same for everyone! There aren’t privileged classes in America.

  6. LEOs have been taught or trained to fear the public.

That makes them a danger to the public.

They see every encounter as a life & death struggle. Most times, it's not.

  7. An early example of pro-pig propaganda, literally an attempt to put lipstick on the TWO-legged pig, the most dangerous creature known to man.
Put out by a department, with so little creativity, that they stole the motto of the Strategic Air Command.

  8. It amazes me how much restraint and discernment normal gun owners demonstrate in much dicier situations. Likewise with soldiers following their rules of engagement in active war zones. Yet a suburban cop will dump a whole mag in the same time it takes someone else to ascertain that a possible threat does not actually require firing. Why can’t police be held to a higher standard?

  9. Poorly trained, uneducated about the law. dont seem to have a conscience at all and are scared of basically everything. This is the standerd US law enforcement officer.
And that instructor guy is a total psycho, look at the guys eyes…

  10. AMERICA what a fucked up country – I rather go to China for my holidays and the Police there don't carry Guns , and if you have a Video Camera running they give you a smile & sometimes a wave

  11. Cowards trained from Day One that they're constantly under attack. Cowards trained from Day One that they can kill if they think there's even the remotest chance that maybe they'll be hurt in any way.

Trained to believe there's a "War on Cops" by the right-wing media disinformation machine. And tens of millions of idiots also believe it, so they vote for the "law and order party," a party that does everything to protect cops, and puts a stop to every attempt to reform American policing.

  12. That poor woman was suffering from possible hallucinations and dementia. My Grandmother had it like this lady. Constantly paranoid and terrified of everyone. That idiot shot a mentally unstable elderly lady. It's murder in my book.

  13. In the Powell case, the court was OBVIOUSLY wrong because of one exceedingly significant fact: the HOMEOWNER had PROBABLE CAUSE to believe a trespasser, armed and dangerous, was present on his property. And there was – wearing a badge. Had the HOMEOWNER shot and killed the officer, he would have been well within his rights.

It is stupid and incompetent to take up an assault position on someone's property, in the dark, where you know that as a matter of course there may well be an armed homeowner, and fail to announce the presence of a police officer. Indeed, announcing while coming up the driveway, and then knocking on the front door, would have made much more sense. They may have had reason to SUSPECT the POSSIBILITY of domestic violence in the area, but they had no certain information about the address they were at, and no noises signifying domestic violence. Put on your body armor and get out your bullhorn, Idiot!
