Isn’t it a state law when a person is involved in a vehicular death they are automatically to get a blood draw to check for drugs or alcohol?
There are fingers to point in both directions here. Laney was just 13, a CHILD but she was out in the streets really late at night with a group of older kids, hanging out at an intersection while high on synthetic marijuana/K2 & alcohol. She had taken/posted a video shortly before being hit that showed her & her friends acting erratic & running in & out of the road. You’d never know by looking at the way she was allowed to dress & be out all night on the streets with older kids high on K2 & drunk that she was only a 12 year old child just 20 days before this incident, a TWELVE year old little girl, a “baby” as her mom here referred to her as. Poor girl never stood a chance without having responsible adults raising her right, guiding her & keeping her safe.
It doesn't matter about what time it was and all that, we know the police across America are the true traitors of america period.and that's how they treat everyone them scumbag liars. There time is coming to corruption will end.

That cop belittled, shamed, guilt tripped, acted like he and the cop had it worse than the mother and other stuff I probably missed. I've listened to this a couple times and the more it makes me mad. What a complete scumbag. That conversation summed up EVERY policeman attitude! Didn't have ANY empathy for the mother just sympathy for himself! What a sick twisted psychopath! I am going to find the info I need tomorrow to send emails and make phone calls. This was only in December and this is the first time I'm hearing about this!
