Ceidy Cordova was horrified when she saw Los Angeles County deputies inside her apartment on her home surveillance camera. The mom desperately tried to call out to officers over the camera. However, the confrontation between cops and her daughter became heated. Later, both her daughter and 14-year-old son were put into handcuffs. As Inside Edition’s Jim Moret reports, there’s now a dispute over why deputies were in the home and what prompted them to handcuff the kids.
