Because the officers are still on the force & had swore under oath on that deposition can the people FOIA that info & use to defend themselves if get stopped by them in future to show the officers are willing to lie under oath because they have no consiquenses? Maybe if enough people do this it'll take away his credibility in court I'd think. If anyone knows lmk plz

That’s scary. I live in Kentucky and I am going to Louisville in a month to pick up my son. I sure hope I don’t get stopped around those areas.
3 months ago from me posting this he plead guilty to perjury (the one who used the flashlight) and wasn't charged for tampering with evidence (they made the parents delete the cell phone video) and even though they illegally beat a man, tampered with evidence, and lied under oath, he was only sentenced to probation with no jail time and the charge will be expunged from his record if he's a good boy. the only satisfying punishment is that he's still fired and cannot be rehired…which isn't satisfying at all because anyone who did this who wasn't a cop would be in prison.

Just advise clients that if they have any video to back up their story that you will have to supply it to the enemy under discovery and that would be best after depositions which you base on wha they’ve told you.

A person is guilty of Perjury in the Second Degree when knowingly makes a material false statement under oath in a written instrument with the intent to mislead a public servant in the performance of his official functions

Voter ID laws are an attack on lower income folks in general. Especially in areas where the system has completely broken down and it's impossible to get in the door, let alone get an ID. The same people complaining about voter ID are the same people who turn a blind eye to gerrymandering and a plethora of other corrupt offenses. Hypocrisy in American politics? Imagine that.
