I have to make another comment about the brutality video you shown man. Indeed, YouTube chinna and UK and many countries show kids violent cartoons and is seen as ok to see heads blown off with untold blood etc. They teach us all at schools to obey the law but the cops are the law breakers where they hunt innocent public to criminalize them and not only the fact they are innocent but also get brutalized with it all for the sake of cops wanting excitement and to rank-up and also gain promotion, Laugh OUT F'ing Loud.

I would be mortified if my skills were so low that I could only be a cop. Luckily, I was able to enjoy a job where I gave people respect and therefore earned respect. It was a win/win. Revamping the PSYCHOLOGICAL EXAM portion of the HIRING Process of these Piggies will be a step in the right direction. We NEED to also change the "Promotional" examinations as well… The thing with this is, is that ALL CURRENT Piggies will need to be RE-Tested. The ONLY "issue" with this process/procedure, will be that MOST (seriously… if not ALL) of the current, existing Piggies will either "FLUNK!" or be FIRED in the process… which will leave a HUGE "Gap" in the "Peace Keeping" system. But "I" think that "We" can handle that small window of time. "Citizen Patrols" seem to come to mind as a stop-gap.
OTVO is also something that NEEDS to be implemented, 100%. It needs to be quashed off of the books and every/anything that is associated WITH that ruling needs to go as well… or we'll be right back where "We" are today… except it won't take 20++ years for it to be "felt" by EVERYONE again.
