Lawyer/Retired Cop Reaction to Chille’s 2nd Arrest

Lawyer @MichaelEhline Michael Ehline and a retired police officer , and friend @BZWATCHDOG provide analysis and commentary as they react to a viral video showing an intense confrontation between an auditor/constitutional scholar named Chili and police officers at a crime scene. As Chili argues heatedly that he has a right to film from the public sidewalk outside the taped-off area, Ehline https://ehlinelaw.com and his friend dissect the confrontation from legal and law enforcement perspectives. They discuss issues like the boundaries of the crime scene, lawful orders, and whether Chille actually violated any laws based on the footage. Their reaction video offers insight into how the auditor’s forceful stance and the officers’ responses could be viewed by a judge or jury. The lively debate showcases the clashing viewpoints when assertive auditors encounter police trying to control and secure an active scene.

  1. It's truly shocking to see how unaffordable legal assistance has become in our society today. With the majority of individuals earning less than $30,000 a year, the cost of legal representation has become a barrier to justice for many. This inequality is deeply troubling, as justice should be a fundamental right accessible to all, not just the privileged few.

The increasing prevalence of corruption and extortion within both the legal system and government only exacerbates the problem. It's disheartening to realize that fair treatment in court often hinges on one's ability to afford an attorney, regardless of innocence. This systemic injustice raises serious doubts about the integrity and impartiality of our institutions.

It's apparent to me, and to many others, that the pursuit of a fair trial seems contingent upon the unattainable prospect of hiring an attorney. This reality underscores the complicity of the courts in perpetuating an extortionate system that prioritizes wealth over justice, akin to the violations of our rights perpetrated by law enforcement. It's a troubling state of affairs that demands urgent scrutiny and reform.

Furthermore, the staggering number of innocent people imprisoned due to their inability to afford competent legal representation is a stark reminder of the dire consequences of this broken system. Attorneys who prioritize their allegiance to the courts over the rights of the defendant only perpetuate this miscarriage of justice. This is a grave injustice that must be addressed with urgency and resolve.

  2. The cops assaulted him first . Pushing anyone is an assault . If you think pushing anyone is right then you need to go back to grade school and relearn . The crime of assault is on the cops . He was 50 feet away . The cops approached Chille surrounding him with guns and pushing him . This is cause to fear for your life . The the assault is from from the police .

  3. Sorry hold on a sec saw the live which you conveniently forgot to post. Why is a lawyer saying that he approves of the removal of laws. Wouldn’t that make your entire existence asinine. Also what are you doing man you are a lawyer and your friending and supporting someone who has assaulted people in the past. I wonder if you’d have the bar association breathing down your neck if they saw the video

  4. So will Chilly Dog say: “I go by the moniker of constitutional law scholar” since testifying to that in his latest court case? I don’t think he has ever posted a video without saying that he is a constitutional law scholar!

  5. DO NOT FORGET THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER! ALL ARRESTS ARE LOGGED THERE! NOTHING FURTHER! They were COMPLETELY INNOCENT?!? DOES NOT MATTER! ALREADY GUILTY IN THE LOCAL COURT O' PUBLIC OPINION! 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

  6. Also I see CNN reporters local TV reporters all kinds of reporters journalists quote on quote professional journalists using cell phones all the time to record nowadays. Cell phones have extremely high quality video they're easy to carry they're easy to use and that's why even the professionals are using them. So by saying you don't have a multi thousand-dollar camera you're not professional is wrong.

  7. The sad thing is he fucked up in court. Didn't even follow his own advice. Also he needs to tell people what kind of constitutional law scholar he is. Makes it seems like he has some kind of law degree which he does not have. I do like chili I understand what he's saying I have even donated money. But I know what it's like when you get in court and you're not prepared which neither he or his lawyer were prepared. And then Courtney should not have acted the way he did because all I did was piss the judge off and she already had an attitude . I firmly believe he was railroaded and thrown in jail because of his attitude in court more than anything. Which is not legal. Which shows the whole system is corrupt. From cop to prosecutor to judge. Totally corrupt

  8. Only idiots think all media outlets handout official press cards! I can make them on a PC. This is the mentality and intelligence of LEOs today. Worse are the ones who say you can't take pictures because you are getting information to commit crimes. I suppose no LEO ever looked at satellite images, Google maps or MANY ways to get information! LEOs hate cameras!

  9. Everywhere I hear the feet of marching charging feet boy cause the summers here and the time is right for fighting in the streets boy. 🎸🎹🥁. But what can a poor boy do same for me in a rock&roll band is it time wasted thrown away by me a street fighting man ya ya ya it's all diversion THE STONES 👅
