  1. What is happening to all the cops that put those people in those chairs on his command? If they are too wimpy/ corrupt to stand up against him they need to go to jail too! Were there any cops who got fired or blacklisted because they did stand up?

  2. Have seen these chairs used in county jails many times.
I argue the fact that this chair that straps you down. You cannot move. Such thing has proven to affect the psyche. Forever !
I have always found this type of punishment as cruel & unusual punishment.

  3. Did I hear that right, he was able to retire collecting over $8000.00 per month in retirement from the sheriff’s office? Damn how much money did the taxpayers pay him to receive that kind of treatment. Maybe salaries may need to be looked at as well.

  4. What the hell is wrong with these idiot cops it’s obviously their idiot way of policing are all recorded and if they tamper with any of these recordings they will know so no matter what they do they’re going to get caught just complete stupidity on their part.

  5. I was in that jail just a few months before this and he is an awful human being. He would use his serc team to bully and beat up inmates for no apparent reason…they would literally hide outside of view of cameras and hurt people to scare others

  6. It is, without question, the concept of "qualified immunity" that promotes people who are placed in positions of authority to exceed their authority and violate the rights of citizens which are said to be "guaranteed" by the Constitution of the United States. It is the fault of the Supreme Court that continues to erode that guarantee by its interpretation of the various situations they review and the opinions they issue that leads those in positions of authority to believe that it's OK to ratchet up the kinds of punishments that can be uitilized to "control" people who come into contact with them. Every time the Supreme Court issues an opinion that enlarges the freedom of the police to detain people without cause, search them, arrest them, physically abuse them to subdue them and to confine them without just "probable cause" the police gets a piece of the freedom that we once thought we had a guarantee of.

I can't recall a time when the Supreme Court issued an opinion that reinforced our freedom rather than weakened it. It seems that all of the "justices" always think it's better to increase the power of the police to rule us rather than to protect us from government rule over us.

The recent adoption of a "code of ethics" by the Supreme Court that has no means of application or enforcement for the justices when they fail to follow that code is typical that what is "right for thee" is not necessarily "right for me" attitude when it comes to treating citizens as they would like to be treated.

I don't have much hope that the status quo will ever get better for the citizenry, but that it will continue to improve for not only the justices of the Supreme Court but for every other police enforcement agency as their opinions are issued to weaken our rights as plainly stated in the Constitution that has been the "law" since 1791 when the rights were first recorded in the amendments to the Constitution.

The "legal" system in the US is becoming more and more a very bad joke. That sheriff, if jailed will be paroled in less than 2 years and will be soundly protected from danger by whatever prison that he resides in for even that short sentence of about 4 years. He won't be in general population because someone that he has abused while sheriff may want to even up with him in a different set of circumstances. The "thin blue line" extends to the wardens too.

Does anyone viewing that video believe that the cops who worked for that sheriff would treat someone they detain any better than what they saw in this encounter with a man who was not being danger to the 4 or 5 thugs surrounding him when he asked questions of the sheriff. He was handcuffed at the time if you failed to notice.

  7. This type of behavior from a Georgia sheriff doesn’t surprise me at all. The fact that the feds had to step in is ridiculous, though. The state should have dealt with this asshole way earlier. There’s no telling how many people he victimized over the years.

  8. ONE BAD APPLE… ISOLATED INCIDENT… Sadly, this seems to be the norm rather than the exception. All the good cops are leaving/have left because the liability that they are subjected to by the POS cops.

  9. This is the kind of thing that terrifies me. I can handle bad guys. I can't, however, handle bad guys with badges, for the state generally backs their play.

If we do not regain control over our police forces, they will too soon take total control over us.

  10. BLM!! 🀣🀣🀣🀣 maybe BLM should protest?? 🀣🀣🀣🀣. Where my BLM at??? πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€·πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈπŸ•ΊπŸΏ. Can’t make this up!! BLs hate BLs .. BLM!! But do they?? πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ€£πŸ•ΊπŸΏπŸ•ΊπŸΏπŸ•ΊπŸΏ

  11. I wonder why this wasn't in mainstream news or known WORLDWIDE. If he was WHITE it would've been known. As a black woman I want to see all the protests and black lives matter when BLACK SHERIFF'S and CAPTAINS and CHIEFS COMMIT THESE CRIMINAL ACTS ON OTHER BLACKS. I DON'T WANT to JUST go up in arms over the racist WHITE person I want the same if not STRONGER RESPONSE WHEN it's BLACK ON BLACK CRIME. AND I'M REALLY SICK OF THESE SUPPOSE IT LAW ENFORCERS NOT GETTING ANYWHERE NEAR THE TIME THE PUBLIC WOULD GET FIT THE SAME CRIME. HE DESERVES TO HAVE TO DO EVERY MINUTE OF TEN YEARS AND I HOPE THEY FOLLOW THROUGH WITH IT. DID THEY TAKE HIS PENSION? IF NOT WHERE'S THE PROTESTING?

  12. We note that the tyrant was fully supported by his band of fellows who look just like him. Imagine if self appointed tin badge gods like this were in charge of the country. Would a constitution have ever been written, we laugh and wonder…
