Wasn't that coercion when she said she didn't want to talk and he said he was going to take her to jail?
The problem started when she drove after having a "little sip." And the fiance chiming in with that little bit of info didn't do her any favors, to a cop a "little sip" means a 12 pack.
The problem got worse when she agreed to answer questions. The threat of going to jail if you don't talk to them should be ignored for the simple fact that a cop will twist whatever you say, they'll lie about what they "know" and will do everything to take you to jail anyway.
The "switching hats" statement should have served as a giant red flag. When dealing with cops you should shut the fvck up. When they say they're investigating you for a crime you should shut the fvck up even more. Once cops have made up their mind they'd like to bind your arms behind you and put you in a cage they are most likely going to do it regardless of perfect innocent logic from you.
So when you agree to speak with police the only thing it could possibly do is strengthen the State's case against you, exonerating statements will not be included if they can at all help it.

The way some of these officers act knowing they are on camera makes me think they are drug addicts or something. Also shouldnt they know what the laws are, considering they are in charge of enforcing them? He reads her her rights, telling her she has the right to remain silent.
