  1. “I fought in the Marines. I’m 100% for free speech.”

Apparently not. Both the best people and the worst people I’ve ever met were Marines I worked with. That deputy is one of those guys who embarrasses me as a Marine.

  2. My husband was a Police Officer and he’s retired. He used to say that Cops would use their bullying tactics to punish people by locking them up over the weekend. They used to overlook little things like verbal insults because they were just a part of the job.
I recall him being concerned about the newer Officers who either just wanted a job, or they were bullies. These Officers were extremely dangerous to their fellow officers and the public. However, for some reason, the Brass approved of them. I saw a gross violation of this man’s civil rights by that Deputy. The man was trying to get to work and had committed absolutely no crime. This is disgraceful behavior. You are doing a great job of educating the Public, and I hope that you continue.

  3. If the police want to these alleged isolated incidents then they to admit guilt, apologize for the injustice, take disciplinary action, and prosecute accordingly. The amount of money paid in lawsuits will go down. instead law enforcement leadership doubles down on the evil and becomes defensive like big brother caught hurting his younger sibling.

  4. Taylor County Officials, West Virginia Don't respect the authority of the United States Constitution. This is Violation of the oath of office" means the neglect or knowing failure by an elective public officer to perform faithfully a duty imposed by law.

  5. I may be wrong, but it seems like most all of these type videos involve police officers who are ex military. They seem to be excessively violent and unhinged. I don’t really care what that guy did or didn’t do. He may be a total creep. 🤔
They did violate the man’s civil rights from seeing the video. In my opinion that trumps everything else. The deputies also violated their oaths. They should be fired. These agencies really need to vet these people and make sure they are mentally stable. I’m just making this comment after seeing the video. 😎

  6. It's called the Thin Blue Line! I think many of us citizens thought that once it became known that just about everyone has a camera on their person, the incidents of police misconduct would diminish. Apparently, the police still feel they are so above the law they don't care whether other people are recording the heinous conduct, or whether their own body-cams are recording their actions. Nothing has changed. I have to force myself to watch these videos of cocky, ignorant, belligerent, cops using excessive force even though watching their acts of injustice are so painful to see. I got pulled over recently at night, the officer said, "I was swerving." Now that's a load of garbage. It should have been obvious I was pulling over to the right and back to the middle of the lane because I was looking for an address, it was night and difficult to see. Then the cop asks me, "Where you comin' from?" I wanted to scream, "that's none of your effing business." But, I didn't want to go to jail so I told him I was coming from the grocery store, apparently that was good enough. I feel like I just got lucky. He could have easily asked "you mind if I search your car?" Then, "why you actin' so nervous?" 'Your eyes are kinda blooshot, you on any illegal medications." These pigs will never change their behavior unless the know that a law suit could result in THEIR PAYCHECKS GETTING GARNERED FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES?
