  1. The "Color of Law" enforcement is nothing more then a standing army. Their job is to rob you, not protect or serve. No one "feels safe" when these folks are around. Now "officer safety" is more important than the folks paying for a "service" we never receive.

  2. I was threatened that I would be arrested and my 3 year old taken from me because I said I wouldn’t sign a ticket. I signed it of course, the same police department also called me and told me I was going to be charged with wiretapping because when I called the police department I told them I was recording. This was in Southern California. I was never charged with wiretapping.

  3. Is it a lawful requirement to sign a traffic citation?

No. An unsigned citation is still valid. An officer does not need your signature to charge you with a traffic violation.

Ergo, it is unlawful to drag you out of your car, verbally and physically abuse you, handcuff you and take you to jail for failure to sign.

  4. So surely this cop was reprimanded or fired and his peace officer certificate revoked. This is unnecessary as/is giving a ticket v a warning. This type of action is unnecessary in America. This cop is an insult to Real Law Enforcement across the board!!
