Josh Smith just wanted to get some fast food from "Humdingers" in Montrose, Colorado, but three police cars were blocking the drive-thru. The cops had just found a sex toy in the car they were searching in the parking lot, and they were goofing off with it. But Josh was hungry. He told them to "move their shit out of the way, dickheads." He was eventually pulled over about a mile away and ticketed for "an obscene gesture."

Yet when cops call people slurs, joke about sa'ing women, laugh at people after they murder them, "they're only human"
i HAVE RELATIVES living in Montrose, Colorado and I forwarded this to them. They advise that the Montrose police are the most corrupt police they have encountered. If you are traveling there, this is how they treat their residents. Avoid the place.
is retaliatory action a crime when done by a police officer?
What are we going to do if and when Trump gives cops full immunity?
I am guessing nothing happened to the cops or lawyer for this BS.
Well, the 🐖🐖can sure speak and behave however they choose! 🐽Apparently, WE THE PEOPLE have no freedom of speech! 🐷
The problem is, we have no way of holding the government truly accountable for their actions as there is rarely any personal punishment for those violating the constitution. This is why the corrupt judges and DAs will continue to bend and twist the law to make it work to their benefit. If it was you or I breaking one of their many victimless crime "laws" we cannot plead ignorance or hide behind qualified immunity..we are expected to know and follow all of their decrees and if we don't we face the punishment personally. Our neighbors won't pay the fines or spend a day In jail. This is justice in America. We do not have control of our government.
Was this restaurant parking lot/ drive through publicly owned or privately owned? And does it matter when and how someone is being arrested? The restaurant is loosing business due to the police being there.
Hey police got something for you
🖕🖕
Same cops….why do more people everyday dislike and disrespect police?
Looks like that law is Unconstitutional
waaah wahh i cant go through the drive-thru better be a dick instead of getting off my ass and going in to order
All cops everywhere.
That "obstruction" ordinance throws the whole dictionary at it in order to make it vauge and to allow just about any interpretation by some low IQ puppet to arrest someone.
Never trust law enforcement ever they are not your friend they don't know their job or who they work for never trust them
Time to cut the Police Funding.
Corrupt cops always cover corrupt cops – as we can see here they even have corrupt attorney. Nice there are some "clean" judges in this mess.
We should not have this much content. Its insane we have this much content based off police offenses. Why?
Montrose Co cops are Nazi's and need to learn the Law, esspicallly the Constitution and the Supreme Court Rulings.
Petty tyrants.
Cops are a waste of Taxpayers money
Bottom line, the only persons in the wrong are working for the government in this case so criticizing the government becomes necessary to protect by law and a well known Civil Right but the cops still issue the ticket!
Isn’t dudes first time using one, for sure…. He was so comfortable and confident when sticking it to the window…
This man should put a complaint against the judge. Without a doubt, the judge overstepped his authority, by telling this man that his constitutional rights are not something he can use freely if he feels the desire.
Both the city of Montrose and Delta Colorado are very corrupt. I know that Montrose Humdingers very well. I used to stop in there almost every day. It was right down the street from Fedex. I lived in Delta. I grew up in that area.
That judge is just asking to be removed from the bench. Hopefully, he'll get what he wants.
Cops are pathetic ego maniacs. They also have no right to tell anyone to be quiet!
You know they took that toy home . 😂😂😂
Fun fact: Here in Colorado qualified immunity starts at $25,000 for cops. That means they are liable for the first $25K if they lose a civil suit.
