THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT TO KNOW… victims of any police brutality or misconduct must know this… Never ever file any kind of complaint against the police until you have requested and received body worn camera BWC from digital evidence. If you file the complaint before getting that evidence… the JBTP will withhold that evidence from you. They will say there is an on going investigation and refuse to turn it over. I know it can be difficult to not just tear into them but if you file a complaint first out of anger then demand BWC you just screwed yourself!!!
