I just found this video of me sparring with a witness practicing a cross examination about 20 years ago. Then being critiqued at the end by some lawyer or judge. I don’t recall where this was or who was critiquing me. This was in preparation for one of the National mock trial competitions I competed in as a member of the UCF Trial Team, which was one of the beat in the country. We beat up on all the ivy leagues. Also, what stands out to me, is the witness stated she wasn't in her right mind due to death in the family. Seems to me that sets up a "You said you wanted to give them all the information you could to help them catch this person, but due to your mental state you weren't even able to give them something as simple as the color of the car, you mentally limited to providing information only if the police prompted you in some fashion such as asking explicit questions – so considering that mental state, how can you be confident of your identification of the person in the car is accurate and not prompted by the police?"

Thanks for posting. My son’s high school mock trial team won regionals this year but didn’t place in state. He is high functioning autistic and has always hated school with a passion, but fell in love with mock trial. In fact he stayed in high school instead of getting his GED last year specifically because of mock trial. He plans on going in to the university of Arizona BA of law and JD program. Mock trial has motivated him to get good grades and he recently took his ACT and got a 35 overall. I give his mock trial teacher and class a lot of the credit for keeping him motivated.
This is gold to me, I just need to know about creating the paperwork that leads to this for both Federal and State. If it's the same as custody, than I should be good. Can you please adjust the tracking 😂😂😂
