This happened to my cousin about 15 years ago. He would go hunting in different states and bought licenses for each state. Hounded him for years but he was eventually able to document everything he had. Even had to look up a mounted bobcat from 1964 my late uncle had tagged back then by going through old records in an Elkins courthouse basement.
