Good points the best one is when a person is lawfully carrying a weapon and the cop will ask if your carrying any weapons . When they have one strapped to their side . I believe a civilian has just the same privacy rights I say if your lawfully armed the ? Is null and void of any concern. Because the second you do say your carrying they basically flip out . Do you have to tell them your carrying. They can also ask how is your day and say the reason they pulled you over
