  2. They were doing what they were trained to do
Unfortunately, for the public, it has absolutely nothing to do with public safety

These officers are not your friends

There is no amount of retraining that can correct these officers they will still be on the streets and doing the same thing

  3. Internal investigations never find any wrongdoing, but then if that same case goes before a judge the charges are thrown out… So how do you do such a piss poor job of your job and the investigators find no wrongdoing?
The rest of the workers of the world would at least lose our jobs if we were to do our jobs so poorly.

  4. Its hard to believe we have to "legally" allow them to do this without defending ourselves and even worse watching them, man, handle your family. There have to be laws in place to allow self-defense, even against people wearing government costumes.

  5. That's a well known hate crime. That cop hated that church because it's a fundamentalist Church, that church is innocent and doesn't do any harm to anybody but they have loud old fashioned opinions and that cop was an atheist and hated those people

  6. You know the lazy ass feds only get involved when stuff is clearly messed up, this department is definitely messed deeper than even the DOJ probably knows.

  7. Before Tasers were legalized in Legislature, the reasoning was that using a taser was an alternative to "Deadly Force" (shoot-kill). So in this case the Officer used restraint and did not shoot the pastor. Do our Legislators take this as an example that Allowing Tasers as an Alternative to "Deadly Force" is a good law? or is that "Lunatic-Law-Logic too???

  8. Thank heavens for law enforcement, what would we do with the pastor and his family out on the streets?! The worst part is law enforcement was actually worse before body cams, now they have some accountability at least, doesn't stop the system from saving them though!

  9. NEVER TRUST, NEVER RESPECT POLICE. SAY NOTHING. POLICE ARE NOT HERE TO HELP, ONLY TO ESTABLISH PROBABLE CAUSE FOR ARREST.
UNTIL THEY ARE ACOUNTABLE AND WITHOUT IMMUNITY PROTECTION FOR WRONGDOING, POLICE ARE THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE.

  10. did you see the video of the New Mexico state trooper who was executed on the side of the road with the final head shot? This video here is one of the thousands of reason I have no sympathy for cops like the New Mexico one when such things happen.

  11. how can any lawyer defend this. I understand that everyone deserves the right to a defense, but this is BS. the police should get the best legal aid lawyer on staff with the state, not an outside lawyer. PD's all over the country are hiring thugs, arming them and allowing them the right to take our rights away.

I bet you never imagined your expert coverage on YT would ever produce the results it has. You're a true professional & are making positive differences in the lives of others. Hope you & your family have a Merry Christmas & a healthy, happy & prosperous New Year with enough time to enjoy them all. 🥂

  13. Why is that "Officer", who has beyond any reasonable doubt obviously committed Aggravated Criminal Assault, not already convicted and in jail for some years? He committed criminal abuse in his use of the Taser, These crimes are still active and any relative of the victims can demand that charges be filed.
