Never open the door…. Crack the window open and say, what do you want? If they have a warrant they are coming in… if they don’t, they will try to talk to you. We just wanna talk to you…. And it’s all downhill after that. The only thing they wanna do is have you incriminate yourself! Crack the window, and say, what do you want and then tell them to get the fuck off your land you are trespassing you have been trespassed. I will inform the authorities that you have been trespassed. p.s. Before people start saying Abolish Qualified Immunity! that's largely irrelevant. Even without QI they're usually indemnified, which means they still pay nothing themselves. Also, for example, Colorado officially abolished QI but also set a very low cap: $25k as I recall. But they're not indemnified for prison. Nobody is going to get locked up for them.
