What the cop is doing with all the talking toward the end of the stop is a veiled attempt at jury tampering. Ever notice cops saying stop resisting when a person is not resisting, this too is jury tampering.

The road where he was pulled over on is a semi dark road. Plus there is a college on that road, it's not a bad section of town. Any white man can walk down that road and not have any worries. Again peppers lies thru his teeth. I pity his wife and kids.

The last time a cop asked me where I was coming from I said up the road. Then he asked me where I'm heading, I said down the road. Then I said I don't answer anymore questions. Yes, officer Peppers. We all know about him. A true tyrant. He was moved from the downtown area to another zone. Now he is far out on the Westside of town. So far out the neighbors can't see each other. From other officers he is a very racist person. But he grew up in a black neighborhood. I bought some cheap GoPro cameras and mounted them inside of my Toyota Tacoma truck, which is still all factory except for my dash camera and the other cameras. And yes I carry concealed. Plus I have a screwed up back plus I'm a amputee below the knee. He drags me out of my truck, I will sued the crap out of him, for making me in far worse condition. Plus when I drive I wear a black hoodie and I have long hair. I'm retired and on disability. Let him screw up my body and he will never work as a cop again. One day he will piss off the wrong person, and then the crap will hit the fan, just like the cops that shot up his vehicle all about a acorn. Stupid Tyrants. Peppers really is a psychopath. We throw that word around a lot to describe bad behavior by people, but Peppers really does fit the clinical definition. He can’t restrain himself, but even after all this, he still has a badge and gun, and when he injures or kills the next person, the citizens of Florida will pay millions, because JSO refused to fire him after all of these outrageous incidents.

Him going back to their house to "reissue" the citation is the same as me being buddies with the judge, my wife gets a restraining order on me, she gets it, I call my judge friend, and he removes the restraining order immediately, then I walk to my wife's place or whatever to say "oh I'm just here to bring you this piece of paper you forgot that we BOTH know you don't care about, I'm not here to rub in the fact I got the restraining order removed because the judge is my buddy, no I'm really really here to bring you this piece of paper that you left in my house that just has your days grocery list you wrote from 15 years ago, cuz I REALLLLY 100% believe you need it and will appreciate me bringing it to you"😂😂.
