  1. I’m all for holding cop’s accountable but the dude had a gun stuffed in his back waistband…. Should the cop have just waited to see if he was going to shoot him or reacted? If a guy was trying to shoot me I would ahead stomped on his damn hand too…. Again, I am all for holding police accountable but what was he supposed to do?

  2. I love to see depositions and I think you did real well and pointing out there was some discrepancies can’t wait for part two you’re an outstanding lawyer enjoy everyone of your videos keep up the good work

  3. They seldom ever talk with the 911 caller or anyone that called the police and in effect initiated all that followed after the police were informed about a domestic dispute or domestic violence occuring.
By way of being told *whatever the police are told by the dispatcher or 911 call operstors the police arrive armed with that information that was provided to them.
The police officers that do arrive arrive there with intent to intervene and take control and command of the situation.
Upon arrival the police are not going to contact the caller or go looking for the caller ( if the caller is even there and or anyone could be identified as the caller)
Rather the police will first try to identify the person or people that are alledged to be the suspects.
The police arrive with the intent to stop any further violations that are ongoing or could accor and stopped by way of their police presence.
Those are routine and common police protocols and police practices.
Ones where the police arrive with the intent to control and comnand the sutiation / incident and identify the susoects or perpetrators and deal with the suspects or perpertators first and foremost inna manner such that the police officers *prevent* any possible violations from occuring and or to intervene upon any violations that are occuring and ongoing when they first arrive.
Thst would make sense to anyone that arrived at the scene of an alledged offence or violation of a law or ordinance or regulation or requirement that is in need of being enforced.
The police are not going to go anout searching for the person who made the call and talk to them when the person or people who are suspect of causing any problem or are causing a problem or law breaking or in violation of any laws or ordinances or regulations or requirements are left alone or not intervened upon and can continue to break any laws or in violation of any ordinances or regulations or requirements.
Upon arriveal the police will deal with the perpetrators once the pilice feel certain who the suspects / perpetrators are and deal with them first.
Even if the person who made the call / complaint and considered as the viticm relatuve to the circumstances invloved is right there the police will also want to take comnabd abd control of all people present and deal with each person that is present accordingly.
That being the case then often enough the police arrert their suthority and power upon the wrong people who are believed by the police to be the suspects / perpetrators of the situation / incident that the officers are responding to.
Assuming they are intervening and confronting the suspects / perpetrators that they have identified the intent of the officers is to immediately command and control the situation / incident

  4. day after thanks giving day. nazi power hungry cop does this during the holiday with no proof of a crime or anything . before body cams i was rapped of my rights cops need at least constitutional law and minimal law degree no more criminals with a badge

  5. They must get a ton of body language coaching, because this guy decides the entire future of events based on a glance and resulting tea leaves assesment. Ask questions? F that. Thank God the arrested man didn't have a pebble in his shoe, cause he would have been shot for a felony grimace!
