Attitude, how do you measure Attitude??
I'm looking for the channel of a heavy set Hispanic man that is well versed in his rights. I ran across a short that showed him being stopped for stopping in a airport round about. When he tried to display his documents through the window the cop yanked open his door and snatched his papers. I'd like to watch the whole video. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

A happy ending……I had one in my big truck. Just started a new job before I got one. 1st night solo I hit a deer. Dispatched seem incredulous about it, and the animal did not leave a lot of evidence. The Mechanics found a small amount of blood so I kept my job….I got the Dash cam….next time, and from then on there was never any doubt I just showed the incident and kept the incidents off my record.
Back in 2005ish I merge on to 295 North to go meet up with some friends after getting out early on grave yard shift, so it was 330 ish.
A white car comes blasting by my white Saturn and must of been doing about 100, maybe 115 or there abouts. I'm just getting up to 50 to 60 ish and 10 seconds later I get lit up by state police.
This was my first speeding or even traffic ticket of any kind. And becaise I was still under 2 years with my license since I was a new driver and didn't know my b rights I paid the 65 or 85 dollars I was written up for. I'll never forget what the cop said. "Calm down. Just think of this as one of the times you didn't get caught breaking thr law, and pay the ticket.""
I'm still blown away by that and the inference is he would hound my ass constantly if I went to court. So I did what a 18 or 19 yo would maybe do and paid it and kept working. Today, getting close to 2 decades later I'm still salty and pissed off, even at my self. That was not right 😕 and never will be until all cops are accountable and there is a uniform code of justice for all Americans

How accurate is the speed in the dash am though. Because he was completely stopped when it still said 15 and then went down a few more numbers before getting to 0
The cop knew he wasn't speeding and was engaged in "revenue enhancement" for his employer, either through bogus speeding ticket fines, or if he gets lucky, through civil asset forfeiture of the car and any money that can be claimed to be from the proceed of illicit narcotics sales.
This is a cop that did not follow the rules of radar at all.
If you'd brought that into court and handed it over to them and they actually bothered to go through it (they wouldn't, the cop probably wouldn't even show up) they could technically say you were going 4 over at the time you were pulled over. I know a cop busted me for going around 4 over once near the end of the months when they're racing to meet their quotas in

If you have evidence like a dash camera, be quite. Go to court let them swear under oath to the facts. Then ask for a perjury charge when they lie.

I understand telling that you have one to prevent getting the ticket but it seems like if more folks would not say a thing until court, it would discredit them so much that their word is publicly known to be worthless.
