OUTRAGEOUS ARREST OF WOMAN FOR TRESPASSING

This disturbing video depicts the aggressive arrest of a young woman for trespassing at a public lounge. What began as a minor incident quickly escalated when the woman refused to provide her name and ID to the officers. Despite her pleas to simply use the restroom, the situation devolved into a violent takedown, with multiple officers wrestling her to the ground and shackling her in torturous cuffs.

The disproportionate force used and the woman’s anguished screams highlight serious concerns about police policies and training regarding de-escalation and use of force over minor offenses. Her treatment, being dragged away in a cage-like prisoner compartment for a trespassing charge, raises questions about human rights violations and the normalization of dehumanizing tactics by law enforcement.

This video serves as a rallying cry for urgent reform to police protocols, a reassessment of criminalizing minor incidents, and guidelines prioritizing de-escalation over escalating confrontation and excessive force. It provides a harsh glimpse into why police accountability, restraint, and protecting civil liberties must remain at the forefront of the national conversation on justice reform.

  1. Ok. So she was told previously not to return, and yet she decided to return anyway. There is NO card that was going to get her out of that. She just shouldn't have been there. Even still, she brought it all on herself. I understand trying to make money, but we must stop encouraging people to be stupid while breaking laws in the hopes that people stand up to the police when they are dead wrong. There are some bad police officers who do abuse citizens and are a cancer to the entire system and they should be exposed, and in many cases, fired and charged, but we must stop conflating those with people breaking the law and resisting.

  2. So, the owner of that business wanted that much violence done to her for treapassing?
Makes you wonder which businesses you should be supporting.
Why couldn't they just pick her up & transport to homeless shelter

Notice how neatly she packed up all her stuff when she was confronted?

They need one more class in high school curriculum: how to stay out of radar of Police, and greedy people.

"Home of the brave, and land of the free,"; NOT.

Imagine the present day USA police policing in the 1960's? The cops would have thrown all hippies on the streets and rock concerts in jail. "Peace, man"☮️. They would have seen the motif of peace as an act of terrorism. "You shall no peace here, you hippy."

Further to that, all those hippies who were experimenting with "illicit drugs", wasn't that allegedly brought in by the Leviathan/shadow government themselves?

The disrespect shown to Americans is a slippery slope brought in by Shadow government.

Go read Preston James, Ph.d. articles on Veterans Today.

  3. Cop IQ

How smart should cops have to be, what kind of smart, and how do we measure and promote it?

What kind of “smarts” do we want police officers to have to meet challenges today and in the future?
    Police1
Twenty years ago the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the New London (Connecticut) Police Department could refuse to hire applicants who scored too high on an intelligence test. Robert Jordan scored a 33 – the equivalent of an IQ of 125 – on the Wonderlic Personnel Test, which purported to measure cognitive ability. The department only interviewed candidates who scored 20 to 27. They reasoned that those who scored higher were more likely to get bored with police work and leave soon after costly training.

According to Wonderlic, a score of 20 to 27 is the particular range that best fits with the successful performance of police work. The national median score for police officers is 21, the equivalent of a 104 IQ, or just slightly above average.

Jordan claimed he’d been illegally discriminated against. The court disagreed, ruling that the department’s policy, however unwise, had “a rational basis” – reducing job turnover.

Policing has changed in the last 20 years. There are vociferous calls outside the profession for more change and thoughtful calls for change within police ranks.

What kind of “smarts” do we want police officers to have to meet challenges today and in the future? How do we determine if applicants, recruits and officers have it? Can we teach it?

    Critical thinking
The sample Wonderlic questions for police I found online reminded me of math story problems from my grade school days. I don’t know how they measure the “smarts” we need in today’s policing nor do I know how many U.S. police departments still use the test.

Much is being touted within the profession about critical thinking. Police work is complex. It demands effective communication and action in circumstances ranging from merely trying to deadly dangerous. It demands sometimes rapid and decisive, and other times nuanced and empathic decision-making.
scientifically speaking if you pay attention, you will see all the traits of evil people I could never be evil unless I was forced to so sad. Congratulations.

  4. Obeying laws and listening to instructions really is a foreign concept you you aren't they? You always seem so flabbergasted by the concept that you can't just do whatever you want consequence free. Which is odd considering you love to dole out consequences to people who are so much as rude to you online with your lolsuits (that always fail)

  5. This is so disgusting to watch these two, do they share a brain really push and hold you down, especially when you mention you have to use the bathroom. Wow these two need to taste some of their own medicine.

  6. time for americans to start getting even, this is the new nazi party american police, this happens daily and its disgusting, the nazi cops are getting extremely good at abusing americans with no repercussions, that needs to stop

  7. 4:09 so because she was asleep on a couch in a public place its ok to use force? Then escalate things and double man handle her, yeah she progressively got worst and worst but it was in response to the treatment from both officers, yeah she seems to have an attitude but it also looks like a response from trauma as she is acting in waves but either way the officers escalated this and she reacted to them and now 11:10 they carry her fully cuffed and in an unnatural way and in her mug shot 12:12 she looks even more traumatised.
Remember kids, no matter what, no excuses if you fall asleep in public for any reason this is what will happen to you.
I can't imagine how these guys treat their wives/girlfriends because this behaviour speaks volumes about them both.
