I can’t make that assessment from this video… believe it or not crippled people can still be assholes and felons… I don’t know this guy just got done mowing over a mother with her infant child and this cop is trying to be extra cool with them. I saw a bunch of jump, cuts… but the one thing you don’t need to to assume is that cop is way too aggressive to deal with a compliant person… And if he really is paraplegic, he’s gonna win a huge, huge settlement. That’s not gonna affect those cops in any way shape or form. It might even encourage their promotion if anything.
The 2Amendment is their just for this reason
