  1. This cop makes a terrible detective. Doesn't know where blood on gloves comes from, has no idea how his detainee got his face rearranged, thinks that hard plastic on gloves equals ufc padding. This guy is dangerous.

  2. i want my rights back wish they had body cams but still i can prove im not guilty. only thing im guilty of is something i did as a minor which i accepted
doubt very much any will help. im old now and fight for Americans ive lost so many in wars to defend us now im trying to defend here

  3. We Need cameras that are locked from disabling ….this guy literally drove the victim to an isolated dirt road and beat the hell out of him….
He should never be allowed into enforcement again let alone college kids .
( they beat him in the car and hosed him down to get rid of blood caused
    by the beating)

  4. From the video to ur qwestion there is no cleaning up any that crimanls behaver he needs to be jail his body tells the story he like to beat on people and hurt them. I dont have way prove it but i asure you as lawyer you see it also. But again i cant prove it but those people read body move ment knows what this man is….its not good we wont see last that crimanl cop i asure you that

  5. Take his qualified immunity away let her sue him for everything he will ever have and jail him. These officers have to be held to a higher standard and not one of paid legal hit men. #justicereform. These officers must have a legal block of constitutional law. Before graduating. He also violated his 8th and 14 th amendment rights

  6. It sounds like that the police officer is totally comfortable about using his fists, severely roughing Melvin up, and using a pepper spray to restrain him. Later, while Melvin was in the police vehicle, the police officer struck him, even though he was handcuffed. Frankly, this police officer was responsible for a series of violent and brutal attacks which indicates to me that the police officer showed absolutely no restraint or self control during the entire incident. I can only see one outcome and that is the police officer is found guilty of abusing his position by seriously assaulting the citizen.

  7. So he got off without any punishment. Typical. And another police department has hired this hero. American the land of the free. My son and I have those same gloves. They are heavy duty reinforced plastic. It’s an oxymoron to call a police officer, a liar, but the guy is just a pathetic liar. It is obvious he has been coached by his legal team.
