    Is this the same guy that call policeman a "FUCKING PIGGIE" in court in front of the judge and was acting like a POS and super disrespectful to EVERYONE in the court……..He got 180 days in jail for contempt of court.

    This guy is a joke and will get your ass in a lot of trouble. Buy his" legal pamphlet" and take his advice and see where that lands you or how much MORE TIME IN JAIL you will get following his advice/pamphlet

    Everything you have to provide by unlawful law, & completely unconstitutional, unlawful, case law fake law, the ludicrous, insane placement of the tyrannical ideas of some judge above all written law, including the supreme law of the land that trumps all other "laws, codes, statutes, policies, behaviors," etc., including the blatantly unconstitutional nonsense from SCOTUS.

    It IS not only an option, but, in fact, a DUTY of all judges, police, lawyers, & sworn public servants & officers of the court to oppose & ignore ANY such nonsense as any unlawful legislation from the bench, judicial overreach that is in conflict with the deliberately very clear & straightforward language of the constitution, Bill of Rights, & Declaration of Independence, written as it was so that even those among us with the most basic reading skills may understand it without ambiguity.

    THIS is what they swore to uphold in the sacred oath that judges/cops/prosecutors/etc. swore, & that judges at "all levels" are mandated to do under Article VI.

    They most assuredly DO NOT swear an oath to uphold the blatantly unconstitutional ideas of past or higher court judges! The very idea of THAT is INSANE!? Yes, the entire legal profession & system has been acting insane, wrong, unlawfully. There IS no logical argument to the contrary. And it's thanks to this insanity that 95% of all court & police tyranny & injustice exists, from; officer safety trumps inalienable human rights, to "qualified/judicial/prosecutorial immunity", to the "RAS" & "detainment" euphamisms gibberish that destroy the 4th Amendment, & the Penn v Mimms nonsense, & so, so much more, including quite possibly the most blatant, ridiculous, malicious, & harmful tyranny, mass rights violation of all, "Plain View Doctrine".

    Plain view doctrine is fine for we the People, whatever we can see in or from a public place is fair game to record by memory, pen & pad, or video, etc.. For extremely good & wise reasons, however, in order to even scrutinize us government agents require a very specific WARRANT, based on a victim's sworn complaint, & anything incriminating that is not specified in said warrant is inadmissable as evidence for future or current prosecution, & must essentially be ignored.

    We all have ths RIGHT to be free of such scrutiny, & no man may change this fact. If we, as activists are going to ignore this truth, if we are to say nothing about this strayimg from the words & clear intention of the Bill of Rights, whether for expediency, or out of fear of a constitutional alternative, than we are nothing but hippocrites, plain & simple. We most assuredly can NOT claim to believe in inherent inalienable rights granted by God at birth, for we do not match action with words.

    Nor may we claim to be any more patriotic than the public servants & the machine of tyranny that we've been struggling against. Period. For we're proving that we're just like they are, & we ignore the Bill of Rights, & fail this nation as badly as they do. Regardless of what anyone might do to ignore these facts, or shrug them off, no matter what excuses we might make, we are failing to hold the moral high ground. And indeed, in a very real way we are worse hypocrites than those we oppose, who simply honestly admit they do not believe in our constitution or the Bill of Rights, because we prove that we do not either, yet we lie about it & claim we do.

    Under Pennsylvania versus Mimms, don’t officers need reasonable articulable suspicion that a person is a threat or may be carrying a weapon in order to pull them out of the vehicle?
    Or does the officer just need to feel unsafe without RAS to do so?

    Why not just Remove yourself From under their fraudulant admiralty jurisdictions Altogether? Correct your assumed political identity. Bringing your birth rights back to the land and soil and out of the Corporate federal governments sea laws. Federal taxes are for federal employees only, And We were born sovereign and the baby deeds. Contracted our god given rights away For erroneous privileges that just allow them to extort their citizens. And before anybody says " oh the sovereign citizen stuff", Educate yourselves because you cannot be sovereign and a citizen at the same time. What you should be asking yourself is do I know the difference between public and private. Read the Clearfield doctrine. It explains what happens when a sovereign government incorporates, They are no different than a Walmart, McDonald's, or burger king. And the citizens under the federal government are only emitting utilities, Fueling the fractional military script. That is a corrupt monetary system. They converted everybody illegally and sold all the gold and silver that was fraud to begin with. So I don't know why this guy even entertains their jurisdictions. When you can challenge subject matter jurisdiction, altogether if you correct your status. Check out house joint resolution 192, All debt in the private sector is forgiven dollar for dollar, Wait.

They will educate you on the fraud that was perpetrated. And how you can secure and take back your god given rights. The American State National.
