This disturbing bodycam footage provides a shocking look into the escalation of a minor verbal incident into a violent arrest of a 17-year-old girl by sheriff’s deputies. What began as a reported family argument quickly devolved when deputies arrived on scene and immediately demanded identification from those involved without proper justification.
Despite the teenager and her family members invoking their rights and questioning the need for ID, the deputies pursued an unnecessarily aggressive line of questioning. Tensions rapidly escalated, culminating in the horrifying sight of the teen being brutally punched by a deputy after exiting the vehicle amid the confrontation.
The arrest of the 17-year-old Envy Hampton and her sister Nya on felony and misdemeanor charges, including battery on an officer, raises serious concerns about police accountability and the potential abuse of power. Did deputies improperly manufacture probable cause or was the level of force used by law enforcement warranted?
This video serves as a rallying cry for those demanding greater police transparency and justice reform. It highlights the need to protect civilians’ rights, de-escalate minor incidents through crisis intervention training, and prevent law enforcement from escalating confrontations through misguided policies and overly aggressive tactics. We raise our voices against any violation of constitutional rights or excessive force, especially against minors. Viewer discretion advised.

Licenses and ID's belongs to the STATE. It is yours to give to them to make money off of you with. They are not yours. You are the holder of them only. You are not the posser of it.
Cop: I'm here about some kind of verbal argument. I see a car arrive and pretend the driver was here twenty minutes ago. "I am suffering from I.D. addiction. Let's see if I can turn this into an arrest or better, a good beat down." "We have a win! Two arrests."
0:19 Chille said "do not give ID without probable cause". But they don't have to have probable cause. Per Terry v Ohio, they only need reasonable, articulable suspicion of a crime.
Sickning
Chilli really appears to just want to inflame situations instead of educating , helping and when needed confronting. If Chilli was an officer he would be exactly the type he confronts , His apparent self righteousness knows no bounds.
This channel is on barowed time! Chillie Decrapo will get another 6 months for the next trial for the same charges he's in for now! The constipational law scholar can't even keep himself out of jail!
What I would like to see change is All these calls these cops receive should be made available every stop ,If I D is asked for by a cop so to the callers ID be available or no ID all around ,

In no way did the "good guys" show up and make things okay.
They ONLY showed up to somethjng they turned into a problem cause they wanted the excitement. Poisoned by power. Have lost all morality and dignity.
I even know of elderly women who meet once every 2 weeks to talk about the trauma of them or family being abused by thugs, then the gov punishing you further for it. Like an awareness group.
Nazi America…… where public servants serve the crap out of you.
She committed the offense of being black….smh.
Just think though. If they were to keep it cool gave the pigs the stupid id's they would Have just left.
What does JBTP stand for?
Lesson: Do Not Talk to cops or call them ever.
If you don't let them violate your 1st 4th and 5th amendment rights, they can and will charge you with obstruction, and then they can arrest you and probably add resisting arrest even though there never was any wrong doing on your part originally.
God bless and long live the Constitutions Bill of Rights. Even though this present day corrupt corporate American government has passed many ignorant laws to undermind and do away with our precious Bill of Rights.
All cops are bad.
There's no such thing as a good enforcer. The whole "good/bad cop" question can be disposed of much more decisively. We need not enumerate what proportion of cops appears to be good or, listen to someone’s anecdote about his uncle Charlie, an allegedly good cop. We need only consider the following:
1) Every cop has agreed as part of his job to enforce laws all of them.
2)Many of the laws are manifestly unjust, and some are even cruel + wicked.
3)Therefore, every cop has agreed to act as an enforcer of laws that are manifestly unjust, or even cruel + wicked.
Thus, there are No Good Cops.

One of the founding fathers of this once great country said, " Government at its very best is a necessary evil and at its worst it is an intolerable one." And its been a long time since its been at its best.
I started really educating myself 9 years ago when my best friend was killed by an officer in Venice Beach CA, his name is Brendan Glenn. The Internet had helped but this channel has helped more. Thank you
No crimes were committed until the cops showed up….
