  1. Yes these are refugees from the eastern part of DRC.
Now these folks speak in a heavily French influenced Kiswahili unlike the Kiswahili spoken in Tanzania, Uganda or Kenya where English is widely spoken. DRC is a former Belgium colony and my hrart goes put to the traumatised souls from the war ravaged Drc only to seek asylum in America and get their loved one snatched by law enforcing agent. So sad

  2. Police continue to play the role of keeping
acts of resistance within acceptable limits.
They sow fear and distrust through a million
small acts of intimidation as well as outright
violence. Police show up at every protest, strike
and occupation, intimidating and, if necessary,
violently repressing those who fight back. They
have a presence at every picket line, and show
up at protests to ensure that climate criminals,
politicians and the wealthy can continue their
activities without disruption. From Sudan to
Myanmar, police have been on the front lines
    defending capitalism from resistance and
revolution. Wherever struggle breaks out, you
can be certain that the cops will be there, on the
    wrong side.

The cops also play a role in reinforcing structural
disadvantage, with much of their activity targeted
at marginalised groups. In the US, that means
singling out Black people for traffic stops or petty criminal activity, and in Australia, Indigenous
people for crimes of poverty like drinking in
    public or unpaid fines.
Police, then, serve the interests of capital. They
protect private property and those who own it,
whether that's from petty theft or from mass
struggle that threaten the bosses' accumulation
of profit. They do not protect the marginalised
or the oppressed, but are a key enforcer of that
    marginalisation and oppression. Whether an
individual cop is "good" or "bad" matters little
the institution exists to perform a social function,
which is to maintain the status quo.
So when the police commit acts of violence and
brutality, it's no aberration or deviation from what
is otherwise good and necessary work. When
police brutalise protesters, break strikes, harass
people sleeping on the streets or kill unarmed
civilians, they're doing what they're meant to do.
Until the whole capitalist system is uprooted, the
cops will continue to be the enemies of anyone committed to equality and liberation.

  3. 28:30 The American prison system make money on the enslavement of each human incarcerated. It took me quite awhile studying to realize this fact, but now I know it, so as long as there is so much money being made in this system of human slavery, you won’t shut it down just because you don’t agree with the system. Have you ever tried to block big money before? These people have unlimited resources. The people getting paid in this system would do anything to stop you from getting in the way of their payday.

  4. What can happen amd does happen in situations like this is that the original charge will be considered an over charge. Thus the entire case gets thrown out as a result. It's a terrible thing to happen but it doea and it's typically done when officers are involved.

  5. Not hitting 'like' because you had to mention it at least 4 times. I have my own brain and I will hit 'like' if I choose to do so. Everyone knows how screwtube works . Now, let all your worshipers get butthurt and dislike my statement. The way you go about things sometimes makes you as bad as the 'piggies '

  6. Watched the initial video.
    Watched the dragonette video
Lyoya was going to get his id when the cop went hands on and escalated the stop to extreme levels
    Everyone said he was resisting
The cop was just real shit at his job

  7. Would love to talk with you man. I emailed you my number. If I don’t answer the first time it’s because I don’t answer a lot of numbers I don’t know but if you just text me and say this is DL I’ll get you into my contacts and call back asap! Much love.

  8. Do we need to create a bill to present to state legislators, in all the different states we live in along with a petition, with as many supporters as possible to work on over turn terry? Or… do we have to go through judiciary processes, to establish how terry V is unconstitutional in order for the supreme court to create case law that goes against it? how does this work I have been trying to get time to look into it more! WE all need to work together.

  9. That's bullshit it should be first degree murder all because your losing a wrestling match that's your ego getting in the way. It won't be long people are getting sick of the way cops are doing people there job isn't going to be safe very much longer
