I don't think the "anonymous" call should be allowed in court. The chain of concern- fear- suspicion- investigation- observation- degradation- intimidation leading to- detainment- hand cuffed- arrest- released or not without a specific RAS must be stopped. Our officers must also be able to give directives clearly before invading ANYONE'S PERSONAL SPACE. I see it constantly where the LEO approaches someone and begins touching someone, taking personal property or depriving ANYONE OF THEIR LIBERTY. I will probably get arrested if an LEO starts manhandling me before giving any lawful commands. Just saying.
