The U.S. DOJ announced in a press release today that police officers involved in the Kentucky shooting death of Breonna Taylor have been charged with federal felony civil rights violations.

A federal grand jury in Louisville, Kentucky, returned two indictments that were unsealed today, and the Department of Justice filed a third charging document today, in connection with an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the death of Breonna Taylor, a 26-year-old woman who was shot and killed in her Louisville home on March 13, 2020, by police officers executing a search warrant.

  1. Crime is SO low now, thanks Brandon, that these intrepid defenders of liberty had to MAKE SHIT UP to come down on this person. What a great time to be alive eh?

  2. My biggest observation to all this police misconduct is that all the lawyers on both sides "can't see the forest for the trees". You all get caught up in all these technicalities but don't see the bigger picture. Qualified immunity definitely needs to go. There is no common sense involved.

  3. Taylor was not killed….. she was "MURDERED" by sorry and "PO PO" . Those 4 pigs 🐖 lied before "MURDERING" Breonna Taylor and continued to lie to cover their ass after "MURDERING" that poor girl that had her whole life in front of her… typical dirty cop behavior.

  4. Random legal thought. The neighbors who had rounds enter their apartments, I'm assuming the police searched to find the bullets and other evidence. If they found unrelated evidence while searching the neighbors, could it be used against them? Is investigating police misconduct a license to search and seize unrelated evidence?

  5. Turn Scumbag Corrupt Cops over to victims family and justice will be served and save the Taxpayers millions!!! Defund them and get Qualified Immunity done away with that these losers hide behind,, join AAQI Americans Against Qualified Immunity

  6. see
look they are just as crooked.
    cover upnfor their buddies.
    its not just a few.
    its most of them.
it a very few that are not corrupt. but they in the wrong place that will eventually bring them to corrupt.

  7. When are these judges going to learn that police officers lie in their zeal to be cowboys maybe the judges are in on it anyway damage is done we all know they did everything they could to cover this up these police officers should have been in jail 2 days after it happened and they should get life and prison as far as I'm concerned no such thing as a mistake if you're a police officer

  8. This should become interesting. I already see one thing going out of the window though: "the intent to kill" – prosecution will not be able to prove that unless one officers mentions this specifically in a mail or phoncall or whatever, so the murder charge will be reduced – hopefully – to reckless manslaughter.

  9. Whwt was the point of all of the things they did? What community service were they doing? Police serve no purpose. They're pointless and worthless.they solve less then 25% of murders. There mostly solved by community groups or tips from witnesses. All they do is right fake ass tickets or false arrests to create revenue or for retaliation. Completely worthless!!!!!!

  10. VICE did a documentary on the Louisville police department a couple of months ago. Interestingly, I recognized one of the names. Brett Hankison was one of the subjects, and allegations against him of sexual assault. Seems Hankison has a questionable past, and the department allegedly covers up for officer misconduct.

  11. I appreciate that these badged clowns are being prosecuted for their actions. But, why are none of them are being charged with murder? The willful taking of human life must not be that important?
