  1. ok if you overdose your dead, same with drowning, you died, you can have and exposure or near overdose. semantic. just more corruption in the justice system. the justice system has overdosed.

  2. This whole scenario is a staged psyop for pro police propaganda purposes. Made to be aired across all media to help continue &/or gain wide spread public sympathy & support for LE.

They enact staged events like this often & pass them off as a legitimate LE interaction gone bad. Everyone involved is following a script & in on it including the perp. There a numerous give aways.

  3. The judicial system is full of prosecutors doing this garbage..which is why our country is in the mess its in. Criminals are messing things up bad enough without prosecutors,, cops, ,and even bad lawyers doing bad stuff..

  4. Another group of criminals in LE who are worse than the civilians they arrest. When LE is caught in criminal conduct by lying about the incident should be indicted and banned from LE including being a security guard for life

  5. I thought an appellate court ruled that public officials who use their Facebook acct. as a "PUBLIC FORUM" to disseminate public information could not turn off or delete comments that they do not like. Didn't they ruled that a violation of the First Amendment Right to "Redress your Gov't and blocking Citizen's Right of Free Speech!!!"

The Ninth Circuit, from which O’Connor-Ratcliff originates, held that the school board officials violated the First Amendment by blocking users from commenting on or accessing their social media accounts, using "applying the “appearance and purpose” test, which asks whether the official’s social media use had the appearance of serving a governmental purpose." ???

  6. Typical of police to put false charges on innocent God fearing Americans. Stop supporting these criminal scumbags in blue clown suits. The were willing to send an innocent man to prison for years for having broken no laws. Cops put false charges on citizens everyday. Wake up before these nazis get around to you.

  7. It appears that he has his comments turned off on Facebook for all his posts now.

Personally, I would argue that elected public officials should be required to have commentary open on any social media pages they use for communicating official government information. Facebook, Twitter, and the like are the digital landscape equivalent of a public gathering place for discourse. By disabling comments, government officials are stifling the public's interactions with them regarding their statements and their announcements. Perhaps certain circumstances might excuse turning off comments, but by default they should ALWAYS be open for elected officials on pages they use in any official capacity, IMO.

  8. Here is the problem with all this guys videos
He is a lawyer why do you trust the guys who created all this garbage study for yourself
Why not start with where they don't ever talk about
Start with securities and exchange you would really be surprised
