BAR stands for BRITISH ACCREDITED REGISTRY. They are foreign courts that should not be allowed in this country. Who do you think made the so-called Laws? Police need to learn and know who they really work for. Their is nothing noble about defending corruption against the people. That corruption does affect families of the police too. So I wonder how a cop would feel knowing this truth?
