I'm generally for everyone since the police use/abuse
nmisuse their power so often. That said, that wasn't what I'd call a cutoff& had he not been looking out for this perhaps it would've turned into being cutoff or an accident. In this case, had the driver just
gone about his business they never would've got behind him to see his expired tag decal. I think he was looking for a confrontation
and found one but that in no way excuses these Cops or their boss for acting unprofessionally as they did. The driver was itching
to have this happen as in he was LQQKin' for a reason. I hope it works out for him but the cutoff wasn't that close so all this was
for him to make a case against them. Good luck w/ it. Now that LL has aired it it'll probably help to get the public to say "enough"!
