I support everything Chille does to hold cops accountable, But when asked to sign a ticket, only sign your first name followed by 1-308. So many auditors try to hold the cops accountable to laws, they ignore exist. Under these conditions you can only hope for a win in court, where you discover the real corruption. Everything… courts, cops, hospitals, schools etc now operate under the Uniform Commercial Code. And your rights fall under UCC 1-308, which states "You cannot be forced or compelled to enter into any contract without knowing first… the implied benefit or the compelled performance of the contract.
