That's officer actions is showing that he doesn't care about no one rights, and he is there to arrest this guy filming around.. When this officer swear to the oath not allowed anyone to violate this man rights and here, he himself as the oath swearer violating this man rights! Therefore that officer should be charged for violating as a officer and violating to the oath he swear too as a uniform officer which that can lead to as above the laws.
