  2. For context, Rodriguez V US states that police may not extend the length of a traffic stop to conduct a dog sniff UNRELATED TO THE ORIGINAL PURPOSE OF THE STOP. And since this "auditor" has zero idea for what caused the car to be pulled over in the first place, he needs to mind his own business instead of being a complete asshat in public during a stop putting the driver, the cops and other civilians in the area in danger. All this to chase a lawsuit. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. Go get an actual job.

  4. I think you can do the audits without antagonizing the public servant. Yes the public servant is held to higher standard but if you are truly trying to educate you got to present the info in a manner where there is a chance the officer will accept it in this case he is clearly just trying to do the minimum required but keep doing the audits there is still work to be done.
