Just FYI, all contacts with officers, that create paperwork never are removed from police records, no matter the outcome. To have things removed is nigh impossible even with court intervention.

When the ticket gets thrown out, he needs to get an attorney and sue the police department to remove that ticket permanently. They can do it and he hast to fight to get that removed. He also needs to make it a point of getting something put on the record of that officer. This cop is going to be a tyrant and he’s going to hurt somebody, before his career is over with.
