There are some people that take offense over various things. Some people are genuinely offended while some people are just looking for an excuse to be offended. Swearing in a business environment is not usually a good thing. I've worked in places where there are too many people that have a right to be offended, be they customers, patients or clients.

The worker's were just as rude to him as he was to them, he only have them a dose of what they gave him to begin with….!!
