I saw this a while ago. I am pretty sure I saw the whole interaction. I remember the kid saying it was way easier to walk in the street where it is probably plowed and at bare minimum packed down. I have been in cities where the snow plow throws all the snow out of the street onto the sidewalk. I don't remember exactly but I am pretty sure the cops knew why he was walking in the street I think he told them. It seemed to me they wanted to arrest him from the jump like usual.
Cops in America have nothing better to do honestly it's truly sad people get killed for no reason and there is no accountability whats ever this is sad
