Last week I was arrested for asking what crime I was suspected of commiting to warrant violating my 4th amendment right. He immediately yanked me out of the truck, and slammed me down, on the hood of his car. I was taking a hospice patient home, and told him, he can't walk or drive. His wheelchair was in the flatbed. The cop assured me he would send someone to get him and take him home. Instead, he told Leslie to drive himself, knowing he had no license or insurance. You’re reading the text of the decision and the Court keeps referring to it as a “Fifth Amendment privilege.” WTF? It’s NOT a “privilege.” IT’S A RIGHT! If the Supreme Court can’t even get this right, what hope do we have to protect our rights from a tyrannical government???
I have a First Amendment right, whether I choose to exercise it, or not. I have a Second Amendment right to possess and carry (keep and bear) arms, whether I choose to do so, or not. I don’t have to declare, “I am now invoking my First Amendment rights, every time I decide to use them. I don’t have to declare (and to whom would I do so?) my Second Amendment rights every time I set foot outside my front door.
“We are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights…”. WHERE does it say we aren’t protected by them unless we DECLARE them? It DOESN’T. We DON’T NEED to declare them. They are unalienable.
The Court didn’t just get this wrong, it got it fatally wrong, and the worst part is that in their decision they keep referring to the Fifth Amendment RIGHT against self-incrimination as a “Fifth Amendment privilege!” A privilege can be taken away, whereas an unalienable right can not; at least not without due process.
The skeptic in me doesn’t believe this was an innocent mistake. I believe it’s an attempt to chip away at what is an unalienable right, and it needs to be corrected.

You have to separate yourself from the corporation you have to give notice that you are separating yourself from the corporation otherwise they treat you like a and franchise citizen of the corporation and you go to human resources and you get wrote up….. I think that I wish you would address is why do you get arraigned and capital letters your name in all capital letters but charge sentenced in small case regular name letters

Interesting how we have to "say it" when it is already our PROTECTED RIGHT. They PRESUME we are 14th Amendment citizen/SLAVES but the don't/can't presume we are invoking our 5th Amendment right. You have to be pretty DAMN STUPID to not presume that if someone refuses to speak that they are INVOKING their 5th Amendment rights. Obviously if I answer like a JABBER JAY I'm not invoking my 5th Amendment right.
Taking it a step further, we don't need no license to carry, all we have to do is say I'm INVOKING my 2nd Amendment right which should be all that is needed. They shouldn't be allowed to pick and choose as they always do.

I agree with pretty much everything you are saying but have one area that needs clarifying, you said people shouldn’t simply say I don’t answer questions, but I didn’t think you had to invoke your 5th amendment in order to not answer, you are not required to answer police questions at all are you? Especially when you aren’t even being detained.. Only 5:00 min in, maybe you do explain, thanks.
