Police have been permitted corrupt by politicians and judges for so long ,that now they have convinced themselves that those wrong things are right.
Even learned, corrupt prosecutors are encouraging the police to violate citizens rights.
There are two lieutenants and a sergeant on this scene, actively participating in this unlawful arrest. Who is hiring and training these psychopaths, and why are Americans still accepting this criminal behaviour?

I live in Des Moines, and there has been one police vehicle stiolen in the past 20 years, and that was a decade before this encounter.
If you listen to the court audio, it's remarkable that the judge did not have any issue with Robbins' actions being actually suspicious of terrorism. He took an issue with confiscating the phone and holding it for relatively long time, but the arrest itself was OK. There was an agreement that videoing police officers was a sign of an ambush in plans.
