An assault on one’s citizens rights by the government is an assault on every citizens rights! The constitution is not a historical document collecting dust in the museum. It is in full force. Supreme law of the land. Why is it that our government does not understand this. We should do a nationwide test of our government officials, and if they fail there unfit to ever serve in government again.

Imagine 7 cops being afraid of one middle aged man in a parking lot. They are trained in the academy to be cowards, and they have too many cops on duty doing absolutely nothing.

Cops do whatever the hell they want to do, we all know that. And even if they're sued for wrongdoings committed while in the course of their duties; no worries. They'll just file for qualified immunity and it seems as if the judges go out of their way to grant it to them despite the cops being in the wrong. There's no real justice in these cases because if the lawsuit is won, it's paid for by the taxpayers, not the cops who fucked up in the first place. If by some miracle they get fired for what they've done, they'll just get hired by another department. This is the system we live in folks, get used to it. It's not going to change because the powers that be don't want it to change!
