  1. I am glad the lady got that money because of the lazy, dumb and stupid police. It was the first case they had done on there own usually they call the army in and stand around drinking tea until the army say it’s safe. They must be made to record their acts for the public to scoff.

  2. Is a Swat team not overkill for a stolen phone or even a truck?
It seems like madness to me.
Fair enough if it turns into an armed siege or shootout.
But to send the Army round seems a bit extreme to me.😨
    Only in America! 😱

  3. Does anyone still need proof that our law enforcement agencies are out of control. As long as they can run rough shod over a little old grandma, destroy her property, and face no consequences, particularly no financial costs, we shouldn't expect things to change.

  4. She was probably so damn calm because she knew in the back her mind they were wrong and had them by the balls in court lol
Edit: that or she didn't realize what was going to happen

  5. do they announce themself at all while doing the search? if they did not anyone in there arms could shoot them thinking that is a robber, she could have memory loss and for got a family member is in there., and why the shed, also why dont the track the phone I do all the time from my ipad, is this goin to make any new case law?

  6. Straight up gestapo. Disgusting.
Defund the police. Abolish qualified immunity.
Also, find my iPhone is usually on point but I've had an old phone that told me it was in my home when I knew for a fact that it was at a buddy's house. Yes it works but not always.
I literally can't get over this response by these pigs. If you told them someone stole your phone in person they'd say "use your insurance" 10 out of 10 times. But they wanna dress up in their costumes and act like the United States is Fallujah. In reality they were hungry for a good old fashioned murder. I'm glad they weren't successful.

  7. It doesn't matter how much the settlement was, it doesn't matter how much this lady was awarded! If none of those costumed clown criminals were corrected, disciplined, charged or prosecuted then it = impunity! 🤦‍♂️

  8. Its there a law of stupid? Common sense will tell you if its got lock form the outside there wont be anybody inside… No need to ram the f..door.. again Colorado on the negative news

  9. Using Find My Device gives a dot, with a circle for a range of probability. This is also the same with IP addresses. My IP address shows in the middle of a field. So the location of the phone could be in a a few places. But this judge was likely technology illiterate and though GPS would be a precision location.

  10. I'm glad the Miss Johnson was got paid…the jack ass officer investigating this matter should've at least been fired…qualified immunity needs to end and police officers need to pay for their own liability insurance…its not fair the taxpayers have to foot the bill for this level of incompetence
