Excessive force. The police were never in physical danger, so the taser use was illegal.
They always seem to give commands immediately after deploying their taser, a device that’s designed to cause neuromuscular incapacitation, to not move or to make certain movements like “put your hands behind your back!” Are they really that stupid? Or sadistic? Or maybe both?

Why aren't all these public servants in jail!?

I have been in Iraq with 18 year old kids in highly tense standoffs with angry mobs. Their composure was light years above these cops. That's because soldiers have the UCMJ to face if they screw up. Cops get "qualified immunity" to protect their cowardly incompetant actions.

Tasing isn’t a compliance technique. I have been in an enforcement position is over a decade and yet I still understand these basic principles. These corrupt cops should be in jail for assault, but the police union is the most powerful criminal organization in the country.
