That's all I have to do is have his friends remember which house is they did it to and watch each house eventually a cop car show up the one I'm going to be the cop that did it you know who he is then you can go to the city hall and look up personal property tax on that particular address and had to give you name it is that owns and then you know who it is then you can take that name and run it through the police dad and find out what troopers were where with that name

As an outsider, it's after seeing instances like this that I wonder to myself when the most heavily armed population on the planet is going to start looking out for the neighbour they've never met from a few streets away, or that straight-A college kid with a different skin colour from a few towns over, and say enough is enough. It wouldn't take much citizen-administered justice before every law enforcement officer was all "Yes, sir, my apologies sir, how high shall I jump for you sir?" every single time they interacted with a member of the public, because right now they believe it to be the case that – and they appear to be correct in this belief – they can treat people however they want and they're completely above the law.
