was pulled over for allegedly swerving, down mill ave. I do not smoke or drink, and was on my way home from insomnia cookies, and I got pulled over. I was a little nervous but listen to the officer, he asked if I had smoked or drank anything and of course I said no. He proceeded to ask me to step out of my car, and did all the tests (except breathalyzer) mind you I was 100% sober (also confirmed by the blood results months later in may) he had my car towed, I was taken to the dui station to get my blood drawn, my life was literally ruined all because of a cop with poor judgement (OFFICER NARDINI) this cost me over $3000 and stuff to get a lawyer who made me plead responsible?????? Terrible situation terrible year! Cops have the power to ruin lives, the fact that he was so certain that I was swerving!? I asked for dash cam footage and body cam footage but wasn't shown or given anything by my lawyer.
I been following direct d since day 1 and never have I seen him give you a shout out.

It is really too bad there is not a centralized repository and database to house and catalogue all of these videos with people who are willing to go to court and authenticate the footage for admission into both civil and criminal cases. As you demonstrate – there is a 'pattern of conduct' involving this particular officer; but, as has been demonstrated by the AZ copwatching community – these behaviors are pervasive across multiple AZ jurisdictions. But for the very strong copwatching community in AZ – we wouldn't even know unless the wrong occurred to us individually or to someone we knew and trusted.

Arizona law states the officer can have you remain in or exit the car. This guy saying he has an option to break check or drop a gear and speed off is incorrect, his option is to drive lawfully. The officer doesn't look scared, maybe it's just cold out but you sounded scared. I see these guys creating unsafe situations, instigating issues with the police, not a good look on the auditor your highlighting.
